It can sometimes be difficult assessing outcomes, measuring progress or even assessing whether a young person’s needs are being met. For this reason the Continuum Group’s unique House of Resilience outcomes monitoring system is an important development in ensuring each young person’s social worker has access to graphical evidence of progress and therefore value for money. These reports, which are rooted in the Every Child Matters agenda provide detailed information relating to every young person. These documents  are completed with the group’s operations team and are subjected to a rigorous review by independent external psychologists. The development of this system means that all Local Authorities can now enjoy the UK’s only clinically governed monitoring and reporting system. This enables commissioners to keep up to date on each young person’s progress on  a regular basis.
